TENANCY AGREEMENT

"My tenancy agreements are standard 6 month Short Term Tenancy Agreements. I generally don`t ask tenants to sign a new agreement after the 6 months, I simply allow the agreements to role over on a monthly basis. If a tenant then wants to leave the property or the room that they are renting they simply give one months notice.

"It is a legal requirement that the Landlord insures all deposits via a tenancy deposit scheme. Insuring your deposit enables both landlords and tenants to involve a third party should an issue arise in relation to a deposit not being returned by the Landlord.
